Her years as the Manager of Partnership and Portfolio Accounting of a successful private Venture Capital firm provided her investment analysis history. She has assisted in the IPO process for 2 public companies. She’s worked with hundreds of high net worth domestic and foreign investors to personally fulfill their financial reporting requirements. In addition, her work encompassed responsibility for the Chairman’s personal finances and investments along with his charitable foundations and trusts.
Previously, she worked in public accounting. She was responsible for planning, staffing and performing audits, review and compilation engagements. She performed management consultation engagements including internal control system analysis, design and implementation. She has extensive experience in taxation both personal and corporate.
Ms. Decker graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
