• Litigation support, such as marital dissolution, shareholder dispute, and damages/lost earnings.

• Tax compliance and consulting, such as equity valuations to satisfy the requirements of Internal Revenue Code Section 409A, equity valuations of privately-held business interests for gift- and estate-planning purposes, and valuation discount studies for investment partnerships for gift- and estate-planning purposes.

• Financial reporting, such as SFAS 123(R) stock option valuations, SFAS 141 purchase price allocations, SFAS 142 goodwill impairment testing, and SFAS 144 valuations for the impairment of long-lived assets.

• Valuation of financial instruments, such as preferred stock, debt instruments, options, and warrants.

• Prior to joining CBIZ in June 2008, Mr. O’Reilly spent three-plus years with a national tax services firm where he was a Director in the Valuation Services group. Prior to that, Sean spent two-plus years with a local financial advisory firm following five years in the Valuation practice with the Philadelphia office of Arthur Andersen LLP.

• In over eleven years of providing valuation services, Mr. O’Reilly has gained a wide array of industry experience, including: asset management/investment advisory, automobile dealerships, industrial gases, lending, licensing, logistics, managed health care, manufacturing, marketing, professional practices, records management/warehousing, software/technology, trucking, and wholesale distributors.
